The VT660, VT560,
and VT460 are NEC's most advanced projectors
with outstanding cost performance features.
The VT Series of ultra compact projectors come
with advanced functions, such as Automatic Keystone
Correction and the Colour Management System,
and user-friendly functions like Direct Keys
and a Wireless Remote Control Unit with Mouse
Control Function. The VT Series provides easy
operation, flexible source selection and installation,
substantial security functions, and high brightness
for projecting bright and easy-to-see images. |
|
| Compact
body weighs 2.9 kg with brightness of 1700 ANSI
lumens |
| Though very compact,
the VT660 achieves exceptional brightness levels
of 1700 ANSI lumens for projecting brilliant,
easy-to-see images. |
|
| Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction |
| The Automatic Keystone
Correction function corrects distorted images
(up and down) due to angled projection by sensing
the vertical inclination of the equipment with
the built-in sensor. (Up to +/- 30 degrees)
With this function, the equipment can be set
up promptly and simply. |
 |
|
| Easy-to-Understand Direct Keys |
 |
The Direct Keys for
PC (RGB), S-Video, and Video are located on
the operation panel on the top of the projector
and permit you to switch between sources with
the touch of a button. The LED displays are
directly under the buttons so that you can monitor
incoming signals at a glance. The ports for
the image sources, including audio input, are
easily accessible on the rear panel and correspond
to the keys on the control panel so that the
cables can be connected easily. Furthermore,
the video, S-video, and RGB input ports have
each been equipped with independent audio input
ports. |
|
| Colour Management System |
| The Colour Correction
function corrects image colours according to
the image source, such as presentations or movies.
The optimum colour tone for the projected images
can also be selected from 5 image modes previously
registered according to the image source. The
VT projectors support the white-balance function,
which provides optimum colour reproducibility
by adjusting the white/black levels of input
signals, and the Gamma Correction (for gradation
reproducibility) feature provides sharp, clear
images even in the dark sections. The adjusted
values can be saved in memory on the equipment. |
 |
|
| Lamp
Eco Mode |
| The Lamp Eco Mode
suppresses noise and extends lamp life. Select
the Lamp Eco Mode to enable reduction of fan
noise to 32 dB (37 dB in the normal mode) and
the extension of the lamp life to 3,000 hours
(2,000 hours in the normal mode). (Brightness
level of 1400 ANSI lumens) |
|
| Key
Lock Function prevents improper operation |
| Disable the operation
buttons on the main unit and operate the equipment
with the Wireless Remote Control only. With
this function, prevent improper operation or
changes in the settings by students when using
the projector in the classroom. |
|
| Wireless
