| Open the cover and plug the arm lamp wire directly
to the output port on the rectifying plate, if still
one side can be enlightened, it shows that the rectifying
plate is out of work, replace the rectifying plate;
otherwise, there could be some problem in control
circuit, set up the visualizer again and send it
back to the manufactures to repair. |

| Check the “zoom” function, press “移远” or “移近”,
the camera should shake lightly, if not, it most
possible that the electric wire of the camera is
broken, replace the wire; if still no images, please
sent the visualizer back to the manufactures to
repair. |
