Service Commitments
  Focusing on timely and thoughtful after-sale service, Garsen Company has set up a complete after-sale service network, of which the technical service center is established at the headquarters with 40 experienced engineers of systematic training records. And, some branches or offices have been founded in some large and medium cities across the country, capable of offering a perfect after-sale tracking service and technical support. The company has made the following service commitments to its customers:

  1. Our company will offer one-year-long free repair warranty for projectors (except for the bulbs), video display desks and central control systems. Spare parts damaged owing to non-malicious action can be replaced during the warranty period. After the warranty period, our company will provide a life-long maintenance service, with the expenses charged by the cost of spare parts.

  2. Our company has set up a two-level after-sale service system, and branches have been founded in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wuhan, Kunming and Zhengzhou, all of which can directly provide to local customers timely technical consultation and maintenance services.

   3. Our company has set up some warehouses of spare parts and a technical service & maintenance center in Guangzhou. In the case of any equipment failure, the response time in Guangzhou city is 4 hours, Pearl River Delta 12 hours, and other places in the province 24 hours and out of the province 48 hours, respectively.
